State Executive Council (SEC)

Every state has different number of Executive Councils (ECs) varying from 2 (minimum) to 4 (maximum)*.

*It may differ in case of the Union Territories.

  • The head of the State Executive Council (SEC) is the Joint Secretary who will directly responsible to the Zonal Secretary (ZS) and the Core Committee. The number of JS in any state may not exceed by Two (2).
  • The different regions within the state will have a Regional Secretary (RS). The number of RS in any region also may not exceed by Two (2).
  • Each region of a particular state council will have maximum Five (5) Coordinators. These Coordinators will have to assist the RS and JS while conducting any event, project or programme in the state.
  • The Council also consists of minimum Five (5) ECMs (Executive Council Members). These members are, in fact, the Ex officio members.
