There are Three (3) Executive Councils of EFSLE in the state as per its geographical divisions:
- West A. P.- This Region comprises of 11 Districts of East Kameng, Kra Daadi, Kurung Kumey, Lower Subansiri, Pakke-Kessang, Papum Pare, Tawang, West Kameng, Bichom, Keyi Panyor and Itanagar. The EC Headquarter is in Itanagar.
- Central A. P.- This Region comprises of 9 Districts of Lepa-Rada, Shi-Yomi, Kamle, Upper Subansiri, Siang, West Siang, East Siang, Upper Siang and Lower Siang. The EC Headquarter is in Basar (Lepa-Rada district).
- East A. P.- This Region comprises of 8 Districts of Anjaw, Changlang, Dibang Valley, Lohit, Longding, Lower Dibang Valley, Namsai and Tirap. The EC Headquarter is in Namsai.
In Arunachal Pradesh EFSLE has initiated to form its Executive Council with its Joint Secretary:
