Dr Priti Bala Sharma has earned her Ph.D. (Communication and Cultural Studies) from Jain Vishwa Bharati Deemed University, Rajasthan. She has done M.Phil. (English) from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, M.A. (English) from Mohan Lal Sukhadiya University, Udaipur and Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching of English (PGCTE) from EFL University, Hyderabad. Besides, she is a certified IELTS trainer too. Presently, she is working as an Assistant Professor in Amity School of Languages, Amity University, Mumbai. Her areas of interest include Communication Skills, ELT and Literature. She has an experience of more than a decade in teaching English Language, Literature and Communication Skills to UG and PG students. She has published several articles in national and international journals and in books of repute on Literature and ELT. She is a peer reviewer and member of the Editorial Board of reputed National and International Research Journals. She is the co-editor of the book Diasporic Identities in Literature. Dr. Priti Bala Sharma has also participated and presented papers in several national and international conferences.
She is a lifetime member of EFSLE and she has also been appointed as one of the Executive Council Members (ECM) for its Maharashtra Region.
