Dr. Usha Agrawal is a Professor in the Department of History, M.P. Govt. Higher Education/Govt. P.G. College, Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. Her area of specialization includes Tourism, Heritage Management, Modern Indian History and Urbanization. Thus, she comes close to the LEGH Movement as her major area of interest covers Eco-tourism. She did her Ph. D. from MLS University, Udaipur, Rajasthan. She completed three major research projects granted by UGC on Culture, Heritage and Eco-tourism. She has three books to her credit. Her research papers have been published in various International and National journal.
She has been awarded by Honorable Governor of M.P. for the social services through Red Cross. She also received an award by Global Economic progress & Research Association, Tiruvannamalai (Tamil Nadu) for individual achievement in research & social work.
She is also a member of various reputed International and National Academic and Social bodies such as Indian History Congress, Indian Red Cross Society, Indian Tourism Congress and recently she has been appointed one of the Coordinators of EFSLE for its Madhya Pradesh West Region.
