EFSLE Central Executive Council (CEC)
Central Executive Council (CEC) is the central body/unit of EFSLE. It consists of the members of Core Committee (CC) as well as the members of Delhi NCR unit. All the State Executive Councils (SEC) are responsible to the CEC through their Zonal Secretaries and Joint Secretaries.
The Core Committee (CC) of EFSLE is the decision making body which is the part of Central Executive Council (CEC). The members of CC are also the executive Council Members of Delhi-NCR Region. It comprises of these members:

In January 2025, giving extension to its CEC, EFSLE appoints new officials to fulfill its various socio-academic needs and initiatives. This extension introduces 11 new zones across the country:

As Delhi is the head office of EFSLE, the Delhi NCR region members are also considered the members of the Central Executive Council of EFSLE. However, the Core Committee is a different unit and all of the CC members are also the part of Delhi-NCR Executive Council. All these members are also the lifetime members of EFSLE.

Every state has different number of Executive Councils (ECs) varying from 2 (minimum) to 4 (maximum)*.
*It may differ in case of the Union Territories.
- The head of the State Executive Council (SEC) is the Joint Secretary who will directly responsible to the Zonal Secretary (ZS) and the Core Committee. The number of JS in any state may not exceed by Two (2).
- The different regions within the state will have a Regional Secretary (RS). The number of RS in any region also may not exceed by Two (2).
- Each region of a particular state council will have maximum Five (5) Coordinators. These Coordinators will have to assist the RS and JS while conducting any event, project or programme in the state.
- The Council also consists of minimum Five (5) ECMs (Executive Council Members). These members are, in fact, the Ex officio members.
