The acronym LEGH stands for Literature, Environment, Gender and Human Rights. These four issues may appear distinct from each other but juxtaposing them together, Rishikesh K. Singh, the President of EFSLE, tries to establish an integrity among these inevitably enweaved aspects of human life.
Interestingly, the word ‘legh’ derived from the Old English ‘leah’ meaning ‘wood’. Thus legh means “the dweller of/by the wood”. As the EFSLE provides the largest platform for all who cares for environment, all are dwellers of wood. This LEGH Movement is spreading worldwide having the soul concern of Environment.
