There are 2 Executive Councils of EFSLE in the state:
- North Mizoram – This region consists of 7 Districts of Aizawl, Champhai, Khawzawl, Kolasib, Mamit, Saitual and Serchhip.
- South Mizoram – This region consists of 4 Districts of Hnahthial, Lawngtlai, Lunglei and Saiha.
EFSLE has two members in this region including its Joint Secretary:
