Odisha has 03 Divisions, 30 Districts, 58 Sub-Divisions, 317 Tahasils and 314 Blocks. EFSLE has Three Regions with their headquarters at Cuttack (Central Region), Sambalpur (Northern Region), Berhampur (Southern Region) respectively. Each Region consists of 10 districts.
Northern Region- 1. Angul, 2. Balangir, 3. Bargarh, 4. Deogarh, 5. Dhenkanal, 6. Jharsuguda, 7. Kendujhar, 8. Sambalpur, 9. Subarnapur, 10. Sundargarh
Central Region- 1. Balasore, 2. Bhadrak, 3. Cuttack, 4. Jajpur, 5. Jagatsinghpur, 6. Kendrapada, 7. Khordha, 8. Mayurbhanj, 9. Nayagarh, 10. Puri
Southern Region- 1. Boudh, 2. Gajapati, 3. Ganjam, 4. Kalahandi, 5. Kandhamal, 6. Koraput, 7. Malkangiri, 8. Nabarangpur, 9. Nuapada, 10. Rayagada
All the three Regions have one Regional Secretary (RS) who will be responsible to the Joint Secretary (JS) of the State.
